Mikaela Mackey is a clinical performance process director at Banner Health. Mikaela led operational process design for 2 hospitals. Mikaela has advanced degrees in business, leadership, and engineering. She was featured by The Arizona Republic and Arizona Woman Magazine as one of “10 Women to Watch.” Recent presentations include sharing about sepsis at the 2013 IIE/SHS Conference and sharing about ventilator-associated pneumonia at the 2013 Premier Regional Conference.
