Drezyleen Sadama MSN-NI, BSN, RN

Drezy Sadama has 20+ years of nursing experience and is currently employed at University Medical Center of Southern Nevada as a nursing informatics specialist.  Drezy has implemented a major EHR system to a multi-facility health care organization specializing in the Surginet application. Drezy has recently implemented an EHR/CPOE for UMCSN. Her NIS role includes teaching the clinical system to new nurses during orientation, assisting clinical analysts in optimizing the system, and providing end-user maintenance support. She serves as an active member of the Clinical Innovations Practice Council and was a lead facilitator on the workflow analysis committee.

Drezy was a March of Dimes Nurse of the Year recipient for Surgical Services 2012 for the EHR/Surginet/Anesthesia Management Implementation. She is also a member of the Philippines Nurses Association of Nevada.
