Dr. Steph Hoelscher is an AI scholar and works to advance digital health and AI integration in nursing through education, policy, and innovation. Creator of the N.U.R.S.E.S. AI Literacy Framework, she is board-certified in informatics, a HIMSS Fellow, and trained in AI management and prompt engineering. Her work spans AI literacy, EHR workflow redesign, and digital tool development, with publications in the CPHIMS Review Guide and The Nature of Pandemics. She co-chairs the HIMSS Nursing Informatics Education & Networking Task Force and advises international AI committees, championing ethical, evidence-based adoption of emerging technologies in healthcare.
