Marie J. Gozdan MSN, RN, CNS, NE-BC

Marie (Mimi) Gozdan has been a previous podium and poster presenter for ANIA and is pleased to return once again to share her experiences with informatics colleagues today. Mimi graduated from a diploma nursing school and proceeded to obtain her BSN from the University of Akron, and her MSN (including her CNS) from Kent State University. She has held multiple positions in leadership and management during her 40+ year nursing career and is currently in the Clinical Informatics Department at Aultman Hospital, Canton, OH. Mimi also prepares written articles for the hospital newsletters and guides the research and poster presentations for the department. She has been a speaker and poster presenter for other national organizations, participated in research projects, and has published an article related to barcode medication administration.
