Susan Leininger is Director of Clinical Quality Assurance at WellDoc, a healthcare technology company that creates clinical and behavioral software solutions to improve health outcomes. She manages a team of clinical analysts and validation testing and defect management activities. Before coming to WellDoc, Ms. Leininger was a nationally certified school nurse who provided health care to students and staff and managed school health services and health promotion activities.
Ms. Leininger’s interest in nursing informatics began while practicing as a school nurse when asked to help develop software to track and manage student health visits. She conducted research, developed use cases, elicited customer requirements, validated end user workflows, and served as a beta tester. Ms. Leininger received her BSN from the University of Delaware and earned a master’s degree from West Chester University.
