Jennifer M. Polello MHPA, MCHES

Jennifer Polello is currently working with the Beacon Community of the Inland Northwest (BCIN), a program of Inland Northwest Health Services (INHS). She serves as a co-lead for the care coordination program, and works as a care pathway developer and clinical transformation specialist. The BCIN is a federally funded program intended to improved health outcomes for patients with type 2 diabetes across Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho. She also currently serves as an adjunct clinical assistant professor with Washington State University’s Department of Pharmacotherapy. In the past, Jennifer served as the Director for the CHER Diabetes Education Center at INHS and worked closely with state and regional partners. She earned her master’s degree in health policy and administration from Washington State University and is a master-certified health education specialist. Prior to her work with INHS, she spent 8 years at the Spokane Regional Health District serving as a public health educator in various prevention and health education programs.
