Description

Eisenhower Medical Center sought a visibility tool to help its bedside clinicians better manage their time and workload and improve patient care. This session describes the implementation of this tool, which provides clinicians with real-time feedback on their adherence to all process components in a specific quality bundle for a specific patient and ensures workflow efficiency for patient care. The benefits that lead to hard-wiring quality outcomes are shared, along with other process improvement and staff engagement results, such as charting as staff accomplishes tasks and collaboration among care team members.
