Nursing’s contribution to the health and care of individuals and communities is difficult to measure and often invisible, due in part to the absence of a unique identifier for nurses. This session will describe why a unique nurse identifier is essential, outlining potential benefits and implications for its adoption.

In order to receive contact hours for ANIA webinar sessions, participants must observe the following: Attend 90% of each session attended where you are claiming contact hours, complete an online evaluation, and submit.
