• Compare and contrast common patient safety, quality, and population health measures to use in the EDW and analytics.
• Discuss metrics development and the complexity of designing and well-documenting measures for improving patient safety, quality, and population health.
• Describe the challenges of utilizing clinical data from the EHR to populate EDWs and strategies to address the challenges.
• Utilize common analytic tools and public domain data to develop skills in examining data for improvements in patient safety, quality, and population health.
• Examine practical use cases for interprofessional teams and the NI roles.
