The nursing profession has varying options related to academic degrees and career success. These options often create confusion when determining the best degree path to meet individual professional goals. This presentation provides information to reduce confusion and inform options for selecting the best degree for individualized career growth. Data related to the current state of nursing education is discussed and questions such as practice variances and degree expectation differences are explored. This education offering focuses on varying degrees, post-degree practice choices, graduation expectations and much more. The majority of the presentation is spent concentrating on graduate and doctoral degrees.
