Redefining the Electronic Health Record for Nurses using Evidence Based Clinical Documentation

Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) is redesigning the EHR to standardize and reconfigure nursing documentation using an evidence-based design that aligns minimum documentation requirements with ideal workflow and provides a consistent user interface through the application of advance informatics techniques, saving the end user up to two hours documenting per shift.
